Zero Forms are a series of movements that fluctuate in selection, duration, and repetition.
It is referred to as ‘zero’ because the forms are a means to clean, to reset. They have the potential to be a valuable feedback tool, and offer a practical framework to determine and stimulate those areas where mobility is limited or less integrated.
Zero Forms are a means to study, observe and listen to one’s body, and surroundings.
 

Classes are FREE and should be booked in advance due to COVID.
